WORKER’S COMPENSATION – Preparation and filing of required WCC forms and documents, field investigation concerning compensability or dependency, computation of appropriate benefits and controversion and attendance of hearings.
LIFE – We undertake inquiries into the insurability of applicants for life coverage as well as investigation and adjustment of claims under all types of life policies.
ACCIDENT & HEALTH – Investigation and adjustment of claims under all types of individual or group personal accident and/or hospitalization policies, including, but not limited to, investigation of health history; circumstances surrounding losses; verification of documents; fraudulent claims; interview and statement taking of witnesses.
CRIME LOSSES, ROBBERY, BURGLARY THEFT AND MALICIOUS DAMAGE - Investigation and adjustment of losses including but not limited to determination of possible collusion of employees, inside job and application of aggregate limits on certain properties.
We offer complete adjustment services and facilities in fire and lightning and all allied lines of property damage insurance and other specialized lines being introduced by carriers. We undertake investigation to determine the merit of the Obligee’s claim and any of the principal’s defenses on which the surety may rely, as well as to evaluate the surety’s potential financial loss and determine the surety’s options as to whether to take over the completion of the project, finance the principal or just tender payment to the bond obligee.
